Position Start Date: Tuesday, January 27th, 2026 
Contract End Date: Sunday, January 31st, 2027 *with potential to extend or move to a permanent position within the company

General Summary: The Assistant Store Manager inspires the team to build a store that is a gift to the community. You use the store as a local community hub to engage with non-profits and sport enthusiasts to bring issues to life and inspire our customers. You support the Store Manager in achieving customer service and sales goals, while monitoring expenses, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and embodies our company's mission. You are an ambassador for the business and actively demonstrate alignment to Patagonia's core values and engage in environmental activism. You actively develop the Team Leaders and Retail Pros by providing ongoing coaching, development, and performance management. 
The ideal candidate will be available to work Sundays through Thursdays (Fridays and Saturdays off).

Base Pay Range: $24.50-$27/hour + bonus compensation
Target Bonus: $2.00/hour
Total Target Base Pay Range: $26.50-$29/hour
