Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with any of our products at the time you receive them, you can return the item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, the return will be processed for exchange or store credit only.
All returns/exchanges must have proof of purchase and be in saleable condition. Tags must be attached and not damaged. Products must be unwashed, unworn and returned without stains, scuffs, tears or smells.
If the return was initiated and dropped off at the post office within 30 days of receiving your package, and you are approved for a refund: your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
If your return is initiated and dropped off at the post office more than 30 days after receiving your order, and you are approved for a gift card: your credit will be applied to a gift card and emailed to you for a future purchase on Patagoniahalifax.ca or Patagoniaottawa.ca
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or other Patagonia Stores.
Price Adjustment Policy
If you purchased a full-price item on patagoniahalifax.ca, patagoniaottawa.ca, or in-store at either of these locations, and it goes on sale within 14 days of the shipping date (or the date purchased if bought in-store), we'll refund you the difference if it is still in stock. Items that are already discounted are excluded. Please contact Customer Service and we will be happy to assist you.
Exchanges by Mail
If you would like to exchange your product for another size while it is still in stock, simply create a new order at our website and return your original purchase.
Returns by Mail
All returns by mail will be processed at a flat rate shipping fee of $15.
To process a return by Mail, please enter your order number and email in our return portal to start the process.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification to confirm the approval or rejection of your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or other Patagonia Stores.
Please note we are unable to process returns on orders placed from patagonia.ca, or purchased from any other Patagonia location aside from our Halifax or Ottawa stores.
We will be able to process an exchange or store credit for these items, as long as all other criteria in our return policy has been met.
