Most orders arrive within 4 to 6 business days. This varies based on the location the item was shipped out of, where it is being shipped to, and other factors such as road closures and weather conditions.
*Shipping times vary across Canada. Many factors are out of our control. Please note all orders may take up to 14 business days to arrive.
*Remote locations in Canada usually require an additional 1-3 business days for shipping. Holidays may delay a shipment.

Orders under this amount will have a $15 shipping charge.
Our stores ship with Purolator or Canada Post depending on the shipping location.
We cannot process international shipments.

Returns by Mail
To process a return by Mail, please visit our Return Portal.
All returns by mail will be processed at a flat rate shipping fee of $15. This includes any orders that are returned to sender due to not being picked up from the shipping depot within the allotted time provided by the courier after an unsuccessful delivery attempt was made.
Tracking information
When you receive a tracking number, it confirms that we have processed your order.
You can follow your tracking number to stay updated on your order and its delivery. Please note, the tracking number will not be updated until the parcel is picked up by a courier.
